Fix clang-tidy errors

Resolve the following clang-tidy errors:

* use of undeclared identifier 'ARM_COMPUTE_ASSERT'
* no template named 'AbsoluteTolerance'
* no template named 'RelativeTolerance'

These errors are a result of missing include headers in test fixtures.
