COMPMID-3482: add in-place computation tests for NEPixelWiseMultiplication - Add validate tests for in-place computation - Add in-place combination to existing test cases - Nightly with LargeShapes are removed as SmallShapes dataset is giving enough size to test multiple iterations of loop (Each iteration uses 16B vector size). - CL test suite has been adjusted with dummy in-place parameter to maintain shared fixture compatibility.
