Unify aarch64 arch names in documentation This patch addresses the confusion in our documentation and errata by unifying different aliases for our architecture names. For example, armv8a and arm64-v8a refers to the same arch, as armv8.2-a and arm64-v8.2-a are. The Compute Library is a collection of low-level machine learning functions optimized for Arm® Cortex®-A and Arm® Mali™ GPUs architectures.
The library provides superior performance to other open source alternatives and immediate support for new Arm® technologies e.g. SVE2.
